Eligibility
To gain access to Enrollment Manager , an School Certifying Official (SCO) must already be in WEAMS (Web Enabled Approval Management System). To gain access to Enrollment Manager, a Read-Only SCO must either already be in WEAMS or have recently provided VA Form 22-8794. No paperwork is ever needed to gain Enrollment Manager access for an Assistant School Certifying Official/Work Study.
