Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) in Hawaii

SSVF provides rapid re-housing and homelessness prevention for very low-income Hawaii veteran families, including temporary financial assistance for rent, utilities, deposits, and case management through VA-funded community partners.

Eligibility

Veteran families who are homeless or at imminent risk of losing housing and have very low income — generally at or below 50% of the area median income. At least one household member must be a veteran with qualifying active-duty service and a discharge that was not dishonorable.
