VR&E (Chapter 31) Career Services for Massachusetts Veterans
Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E, Chapter 31) provides career counseling, training, education, and job placement for Massachusetts veterans with service-connected disabilities and an employment barrier.
Eligibility
Veterans with a VA service-connected disability rating of at least 10% and an employment handicap (a service-connected barrier to preparing for, finding, or keeping suitable work), with a discharge that was not dishonorable. Some active-duty service members awaiting medical separation also qualify.
