VA Health Care Enrollment for Maryland Veterans
Apply for VA health care to access primary, specialty, and mental health services at VA facilities serving Maryland. Most veterans with qualifying service and an other-than-dishonorable discharge are eligible.
Eligibility
Veterans who served on active duty and separated under conditions other than dishonorable. Most who enlisted after September 7, 1980 must have served 24 continuous months or the full period they were called to active duty. Priority group placement depends on disability rating, income, and service history, and many post-9/11 combat veterans get an enhanced enrollment period.
