VA Decision Reviews & Appeals for New Hampshire Veterans

If a New Hampshire veteran disagrees with a VA decision, the official decision-review options are a Supplemental Claim, Higher-Level Review, or Board Appeal. Free representation is available through accredited VSOs.

Eligibility

Anyone who disagrees with a VA claim decision. A Supplemental Claim, Higher-Level Review, or Board Appeal generally must be requested within one year of the decision date (Supplemental Claims can be filed later with new and relevant evidence). Free representation is available through accredited VSOs.
