VA Family & Caregiver Benefits for Rhode Island

Eligibility
The Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers is for caregivers of veterans with a VA disability rating of 70% or higher who need at least six months of continuous in-person personal care. The Program of General Caregiver Support Services is open to caregivers of veterans of any era enrolled in VA health care.
