Eligibility
The program is open to all Louisiana businesses that meet the following eligibility requirements of a Small Entrepreneurship (SE) under the Hudson Initiative. Principal Place of Business – The company must have its principal place of business in Louisiana. Average Annual Gross Receipts – Average annual gross receipts do not exceed $5 million for non-construction and $10 million for construction companies.
