  2. Choose the caregiver program: review PGCSS if you want general caregiver support, or review full PCAFC eligibility requirements before applying.
  3. For PCAFC, review the program’s PCAFC Application Video.
  4. Apply for PCAFC online through the online application, or download and print VA Form 10-10CG from VA Forms.
  5. If applying in person, fill out VA Form 10-10CG and bring it to your local CSP Team/Caregiver Support Coordinator.
  6. If you need help enrolling, contact your local VA facility CSP Team or call the Caregiver Support Line.
