Eligibility
National Guard technician jobs (Title 32) are jobs within the federal government and found within USAJobs, but have the additional requirement that the employee be a member of the Connecticut National Guard. Civilian technician jobs (Title 5) are also jobs within the federal government and found within USAJobs, but they do NOT have the requirement to be a uniformed member of the Connecticut National Guard. Active Guard & Reserve (AGR) positions are full-time, uniformed positions available to current members of the Armed Forces of the United States that provide the same pay and benefits as active duty Soldiers and Airmen.
